Under new management
annibaum.com has changed hands. The previous tenant, Anni BAUM, sold baumkuchen in Waseda and at Tokyu Food Show counters in Shibuya and Futako-Tamagawa. Those stores closed between January and May 2026 when Atelier Anniversary ended operations after 36 years. Pages that used to describe products, store hours and bulk orders now describe Anni's recipes, storefronts and catering. If a link brought you here from a Japanese guide or blog, the shop is gone and Anni is sorry about that. She can still take an order, just not for cake.
